  1. When you register for the conference, personal data will be collected from you and stored on a server in Germany. This data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the conference and will only be shared with third parties if these third parties are handling registration or payment transactions on behalf of the organizer. The data will be deleted from our server three months after the end of the conference at the latest.

  2. When you view a web page, our server automatically logs statistical information, including the URL, your IP address, browser type, and the date and time the page was viewed. This information is used for general access statistics and cannot be linked to your registration data.

  3. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” or text files which are stored on your computer so that your use of this website can be analysed. The cookie saves information about your website use (including your IP address) and transmits it to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for the site operator, and provide other services related to website and internet use. Google will only share this information with third parties if they are legally obliged to do so or if these third parties are processing this data on behalf of Google. Google will never link your IP address to other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being installed by changing your browser settings accordingly.
